Facebook, Twitter Are Bad For Your Sex Life

A new study says that checking Facebook or Twitter is more alluring and exciting than sex for the internet age creatures.

The week-long poll conducted in Germany by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business classified checking social network tweets, pictures, comments and other posts as stronger than sex and cigarettes in terms of temptation.

Wilhelm Hofmann, the study’s lead author, told the Los Angeles Times:

Desires for media may be comparatively harder to resist because of their high availability and also because it feels like it does not cost much to engage in these activities, even though one wants to resist.

Social media has already been blamed for poor interpersonal communication and it seems as if it goes further, affecting bedroom issues. Humans are evolving towards a point where carnal desires are secondary to media.

The study also found that the ultimate addiction is… work. Humans love working and they will forsake all else for work. Unless of course, they do not like their job.

So you see ladies. Men don’t always think about sex. Work comes first, then social media then sex. Mind you, it could be that we work in order to get better sex or go onto social media to get new sex but that isn’t the point is it?

Yeah we said it..
