The 15-man squad left Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport together with the technical team for Dhaka via Dubai and landed at their destination on Friday.

Zimbabwe kick off their tour against hosts Bangladesh on Monday in what is the first tie of the triangular. The Chevrons were meant to take part in a practice match against a select side on Saturday but all indications seem to imply that the match has been struck off from their tour.

This is all part of the preparations for the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier to be hosted in Harare, Bulawayo and Kwekwe this coming March.

Graeme Cremer captains the side which also includes two first time call-ups in Ryan Murray and former under-19 captain Brandon Mavuta.
