Zim Premier Soccer League Week 14 Sunday roundup: Dynamos match farce, Highlanders run riot
Highlanders brought their A game to when they hosted Hwange shifting three unanswered goals past them in a Zimbabwe Castle Lager Premier Soccer League matchday 14 fixture on Sunday.
Smarting from a loss to Black Rhinos, Bosso collected all three points with goals from Brian Banda, King Nadolo and Prince Dube. Hwamge’s Collin Muleya.
In a farce at Ascot Stadium in Gweru, the match had to be stopped after one of the goalposts had collapsed. Dynamos were leading Chapungu 4-0 when the match was stopped in the 55th minute. Emmanuel Mandiranga twice, Ntoupa Epoupa and Denver Mukamba with the goals. At the time of our writing, the groundsmen were trying to restore the goalpost and were also dealing with the fact that only one of the floodlights was working.

In the shock result of the day Bantu Rovers held high flying Ngezi Platinum 2-2. Black Rhinos were unable to take advantage of the slip-up and could only draw 0-0 away to Shabanie. The army side regained top position in the log thanks to a superior goal difference with Ngezi third. Chicken Inn, winners or Saturday are second with all three teams on 27 points.
A Guhrie Zhokinyi own goal plus a William Manondo strike condemened Triangle to a 2-0 loss away to Harare City.
