Tendai Ndoro in shock Pirates exit
Zimbabwean international striker Tendai Ndoro has been sold to Saudi Arabian club Al Faisaly.
The news was confirmed by Orlando Pirates on their website:
The Club can confirm that it has reached an agreement for the sale of the Zimbabwean international to Al Faisaly Football Club.
Ndoro is due to undergo a medical in Saudi Arabia before the deal is finalised
Ndoro was the Buccaneers’s top scorer last season and his exit will come as a shock to the faithfuls of the black and white.
Ndoro had been poised to lead Pirates’ frontline with Thamsanqa Gabuza yet again in this campaign.
Now they go into the new season with an inexperienced forward line hoping to reverse the poor fortunes of last term which was the worst return in the 20 year history of the current Premier Soccer League format.
