Madziva, Masvaure in Zimbabwe A squads to face SA Emerging side

All rounder Neville Madziva and top order batsman Prince Masvaure are in strong sides for the upcoming visit of the South Africa Emerging side’s for two four-day matches and three one dayers.

Madziva will be eager to impress selectors after disappearing into the wilderness of international representative cricket. Masvaure has had intermittent chances and will want to grab them by the hands.

Another player who will look to gain some confidence from the selectors is Brian Chari who is in both sides.

Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo will host the first four-day match, pencilled in for 3-6 August.

The two sides will then move to Kwekwe for the second unofficial Test, scheduled for 9-12 August, before proceeding to the capital for three limited-overs matches.

The one-day games are set for 16, 18 and 20 August – all at Harare Sports Club.

The South Africa Emerging squad is expected to arrive in Bulawayo this Tuesday.
