Dynamos Players Offered $500 Per Goal Incentive For Qualification
Dynamos Football Club is apparently offering its players a $500 per goal incentive in a bid to qualify for the next round of the CAF Champions League on Sunday afternoon.
The Zimbabwe champions who trail 3-0 on aggregate against Tunisia’s CA Bizertein have their work cut out for them and there is very little optimism among their fans. The best most are hoping for is that the team goes out with pride.
The goal bonus will mean that should the team win 4-0, they will get $2,000 on top of the $700 winning bonus, should they progress to the next round of the competition.
Dynamos coach Kalisto Pasuwa has said he is banking on his attack to do the business this afternoon but they have been blunt so far this season with the team managing only two goals in two draws in the Castle Premier Soccer League. Maybe the extra bonus could get them a little more interested.
We wish them the best not just for their pockets but for Zimbabwe pride.
