Skype Joins the Microsoft Family With Mysterious Crash

Microsoft was bought Skype for a wad of cash a few weeks ago and users were not happy.

A weird crash has happened and you can’t start the programme as it reports a Windows error.

It has just become a typical Windows programme prone to crashes. While I don’t think that Microsoft would do anything to deliberately cause instability of the application, the timing is a bit weird isn’t it?

And as for the website, it’s been having server issues. It has this message

“Hi, our server has taken a short break

“Looks like our server is down. This usually means that we’re doing maintenance work or there are too many visitors at skype.com and we cannot cope with the popularity. In any case — we’re already fixing it and everything should be back to normal in a few minutes.”

Someone is in a bit of a pickle.
