Simba Mhere Accident Driver Appears In Court
The driver involved in the accident that claimed the life of Zimbabwe-born South African TV presenter Simba Mhere has appeared in court.
Preshalin Naidoo appeared in a Randburg Magistrate’s Court on charges of reckless driving and culpable homicide.
Mhere and his friend Kady-Shay Obrian were killed in the early hours of 31 January 2015 in a accident.
In astonishing revelations, it is being reported that Naidoo, 21 did not have his blood tested for alcohol at the scene or at the hospital.
18 August has been set as the date for trial while the matter has been postponed to 26 June.
