PSMAS Ordered To Pay Cuthbert Dube USD2 Million
The Public Service Medical Aid Society left the arbitrator in a labour case brought up against it former chief executive Cuthbert Dube.
USD2 million is the award filed the with high court in salary arrears accrued from January this year.
The arbitrator ruled that Dube’s contract of employment was still in place which meant that a whopping USD2.07 million was owed. That is about USD500,000 a month if we are counting April as well.
That is what happens when you use morality over law.
