Plane crash claims six in Vumba
Six people have been reportedly killed after their plane hit into the Vumba mountains on Monday.
According to Club of Mozambique C9AOV plane was flying from Beira, Mozambique to Mutare, Zimbabwe. It claims Civil Aviation Institute of Mozambique (IACM), the aircraft operated by Air Transport Company (ETA) sources say the plane hit into the mountain on the Mozambique said and landed on the Zimbabwe side.
The plane crash according to Noticias is being blamed on poor weather.
The dead are 2 crew members and 4 passengers. Four of the dead are said to bedirectors at General Motor Services.
The plane, according to zitamar was Mozambique’s longest serving plane having been certified in 1973.
