North Korean Leader Kim Jong Il Dead At 69

North Korean Leader Kim Jong Il is dead at 69. Kim, known in the communist country as the “Dear Leader”, died on Saturday after suffering a massive heart-attack aboard a train during a trip out of Pyongyang, the state-run KCNA news agency said on Monday.

His death has resulted in a outpouring of mourning in his country.

While the west was never a friend of his Africa general had neutral to cordial relations with Kim. Given the exaggerated negative publicity that a lot of African countries seen as unfriendly by the west get, we wonder how much of the ‘evil’ that is reported as the character of North Korea is actually true.

We are not saying there isn’t any crazy stuff happening there but we are not inclined to believe the extent of evil that is being peddled as gospel truth.

We send our condolences to the reclusive country and we wish them a peaceful transition of power to Kim Jong-un, the third son of the late leader.
