LISTEN: Jub Jub drops apology song upon parole release

South African rapper Jub Jub has reportedly dropped his first song Ke Kopa Tshwarelo (Please forgive me) after his release on parole.

The song features jazz musician Tshepo Tshola and was apparently penned while he was in prison.

In it he apologises to the nation for the accident in which he drove into a group of school children killing and maiming a few.

In the song he blames his actions on the ‘good life’ and the pressure to impress his friends.

The song has been well-received by many.
