Zimbabwean superstar Oliver Mtukudzi is to release his first studio album since the death of his son Sam at his birthday bash this weekend.

The 12-track album titled Sarawoga will be available for sale on the day of the show which takes place on the day before Tuku’s 60th birthday slated for for 21 September 2012 at Glamis Arena.

Also available on that day is the much-awaited Nzou NeMhuru Mudanga DVD, the live recording of a show, a theatrical performance which Tuku had with his son just weeks before his death.

Sarawoga laments the losses that the legend has had to endure in his life, not least the loss of life. Thus he has been left ‘alone’ in a sense, hence the title Sarawoga (left alone).

As with other albums before this we expect this one to add to the legend that is Oliver Mtukudzi.
