Jusa, real Tawanda Sibotshiwe produce the riddim alongside Island Life Records founder Erwin “purple” Ewing after whom  the riddim is named.

Jusa is the chief producer of the Abra stable.

It features the talents of Beenie Man, ZJ Liquid, Kiprich, Lady Saw, Patexx, Taranchyla, Blacka Dan, Jah Sent, Scotch Bonnett and Jupiter.  It was recorded by Steve and Adrian Locke at Truckback Studios in Kingston, Jamaica.

Jusa says he made the riddim early 2011 and the artists only got onto it late last year. The riddim was released on the first of July.

Island Life describes the ten tracks from the dancehall stars as “a superb ten-track collection of dancehall party vibes and lyrical meds guaranteed to both keep the dance floor packed and conscious heads on the level”.
